       Konsep Modal: 

• Modal merupakan sejumlah dana yang akan digunakan untuk melaksanakan usaha – usaha koperasi.
• Modal jangka panjang
• Modal jangka pendek
• Koperasi harus mempunyai rencana pembelanjaan yang konsisten.

SUMBER – SUMBER MODAL KOPERASI (UU No. 25/1992)

1. Modal Sendiri (equity capital) , bersumber dari simpanan pokok anggota, simpanan wajib, dana cadangan, dan donasi/ hibah.
2. Modal Pinjaman (dept capital), bersumber dari anggota, koperasi lainnya, bank atau lembaga keuangan lainnya, penerbitan obligasi dan surat hutang lainnya, serta sumber lain yang sah.

DISTRIBUSI CADANGAN KOPERASI

• Cadangan menurut UU No.25/1992 adalah sejumlah uang yang diperoleh dari penyisihan sisa hasil usaha yang dimasukan untuk memupuk modal sendiri dan untuk menutup kerugian koperasi bila diperlukan.
• Sesuai anggaran dasar yang menunjuk pada UU No. 12/1967 menentukan bahwa 25% dari SHU yang diperoleh dari usaha anggota di sisihkan untuk cadangan , sedangkan SHU yang berasal bukan dari usaha anggota sebesar 60% disisihkan untuk cadangan.

MANFAAT DISTRIBUSI CADANGAN

• Memenuhi kewajiban tertentu
• Meningkatkan jumlah operating capital koperasi
• Sebagai jaminan untuk kemungkinan – kemungkinan rugi di kemudian hari
• Perluasan usaha

Pendekatan Sistem Pada Koperasi

Menurut Draheim koperasi mempunyai sifat ganda yaitu:

•  organisasi dari orang-orang dengan unsure eksternal emi dan sifat-sifat social (pendekatan sosiologi).

• perusahaan biasa yang harus dikelola sebagai layaknya perusahaan biasa dalam ekonomi pasar             (pendekatan neo klasik)

Interprestasi dari Koperasi sebagai Sistem

Kompleksitas dari perusahaan koperasi adalah suatu sistem yang terdiri dari orang-orang dan alat-alat teknik. Sistem ini dinamakan sebagai Socio technological system yang selanjutnya terjadi hubungan dengan lingkungan sehingga dapat dianggap sebagai sistem terbuka, sistem ini ditujukan pada target dan dihadapkan dengan kelangkaan sumber-sumber yang digunakan.

Cooperative Combine

-  System sosio teknis pada substansinya, sistem terbuka pada lingkungannya, sistem dasar target pada tugasnya dan sistem ekonomi pada penggunaan sumber-sumber.

-  Semua pelaksanaan dalam keseluruhan kompleks dan pengaruh eksternal, dipengaruhi oleh hubungan sistem, demikian juga dilihat dari sudut pandang ekonomi, tidak cukup hanya melaksanakan koperasi secara ekonomis saja, tetapi juga berhubungan dengan hubungan antar manusia dalam kelompok koperasi dan antara anggota tetapi juga berhubungan dengan hubungan antar manusia dalam kelompok koperasi dan antara anggota dengan manajemen perusahaan koperasi dalam lapangan lain. Contoh Cooperative Interprise Combine: Koperasi penyediaan alat pertanian, serba usaha, kerajinan, dan industri. Tugas usaha pada Sistem Komunikasi (BCS)

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Anggota.

-  Koordinasi dari suatu sistem yang ada melicinkan jalannya Cooperative Combine (CC), koordinasi yang terjadi selalu lewat informasi dan dengan sendirinya membutuhkan informasi yang baik.

- Manajemen memberikan informasi pada anggota, informasi yang khusus untuk penganalisaan
hubungan organisasi dan pemecahan persoalan seoptimal mungkin. Dimensi struktural dari Cooperative Combine (CC)

-  Konfigurasi ekonomi dari individu membentuk dasar untuk pengembangaaan lebih lanjut.

-  Distribusi kemampuan dalam menentukan target dan pengambilan keputusan.

-  Stabilitas kerjasama.

Rumus dan cara pembagian SHU Koperasi

Cara pembagian SHU Koperasi

• Sesuai dengan UU No. 25/1992 pasal 5 ayat 1 yang berbunyi “ Pembagian SHU kepada anggota dilakukan tidak semata-mata berdasarkan modal yang dimiliki seseorang dalam koperasi, tetapi juga berdasarkan perimbangan jasa usaha anggota terhadap koperasi. Ketentuan ini merupakan perwujudan kekeluargaan dan keadilan”.
• Pembagian SHU Koperasi telah ditentukan di dalam AD/ART Koperasi, yang berbunyi: Cadangan koperasi 40 %, jasa anggota 40 %, dana pengurus 5 %, dana karyawan 5 %, dana pendidikan 5 %, dana sosial 5 %.
• Tidak semua komponen di atas harus diadopsi dalam membagi SHU-nya. Hal ini tergantung dari keputusan anggota yang ditetapkan dalam rapat anggota.

Rumus pembagian SHU

SHU per anggota

•         SHU_A = JUA + JMA

Di mana :

SHU_A = Sisa Hasil Usaha Anggota

JUA      = Jasa Usaha Anggota

JMA    = Jasa Modal Anggota

Sa        : Jumlah simpanan anggota

TMS    : Modal sendiri total (simpanan anggota total)

Prinsip-prinsip SHU Koperasi

Prinsip-prinsip SHU Koperasi:

1. SHU yang dibagi adalah yang bersumber dari anggota                                                                                                      SHU yang dibagi kepada anggota adalah yang bersumber dari anggota sendiri. Sedangkan SHU yang bukan berasal dari hasil transaksi dengan anggota pada dasarnya tidak dibagi kepada anggota, melainkan dijadikan sebagai cadangan koperasi.
2. SHU anggota adalah jasa dari modal dan transaksi usaha yang dilakukan anggota sendiri
   SHU yang diterima setiap anggota pada dasarnya merupakan insentif dari modal yang diinvestasikannya dan dari hasil transaksi yang dilakukannya dengan koperasi. Oleh sebab itu, perlu ditentukannya dengan proporsi SHU untuk jasa modal dan jasa transaksi usaha yang dibagi kepada anggota.
3. Pembagian SHU anggota dilakukan secara transparan
   Proses perhitungan SHU per anggota dan jumlah SHU yang dibagi kepada anggota harus diumumkan secara transparan, sehingga setiap anggota dapat dengan mudah menghitung secara kuantitatif berapa partisipasinya kepada koperasinya.
4. SHU anggota dibayar secara tunai
   SHU per anggota haruslah diberikan secara tunai, karena dengan demikian koperasi membuktikan dirinya sebagai badan usaha yang sehat kepada anggota dan masyarakat mitra bisnisnya.

Pola manajemen Koperasi

Tentunya begitu banyak pendapat tentang pola manajemen koperasi,tapi saya tidak begitu tau dan ini adalah salah satunya.

*  Menurut Prof. Ewell Paul Roy, Ph.D  manajemen koperasi melibatkan 4 unsur (perangkat) yaitu:

    1. Anggota

    2.  Pengurus

    3.  Manajer

    4.  Karyawan merupakan penghubung antara manajemen dan anggota pelanggan

* menurut UU No. 25/1992 yang termasuk Perangkat Organisasi Koperasi         adalah rapat Anggota.

  Setiap anggota koperasi mempunyai hakdan kewajiban yang sama. Seorang anggota berhak menghadiri rapat anggota dan memberikan suara dalam rapat anggota serta mengemukakan pendapat dan saran kepada pengurus baaik di luar maupun di dalam rapat anggota. Anggota juga harus ikut serta mengadakan pengawasan atas jalannya organisasi dan usaha koperasi.

Tujuan dan Prinsip-prinsip Koperasi

Setiap lembaga ataupun organisasi tentunya memilki tujuan dan prinsip-prinsip bukan? begitu juga dengan koperasi.

berikut adalah tujuan dari koperasi
Tujuan utama koperasi adalah mewujudkan masyarakat adil makmur material dan spiritual berdasarkan Pancasila dan Undang – Undang Dasar 1945.

Dalam BAB II Pasal 3 Undang – undang RI No. 25 Tahun 1992, menyatakan bahwa koperasi bertujuan untuk:

“Memajukan kesejahteraan anggota pada khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya serta ikut membangun tatanan perekonomian nasional dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat yang maju, adil dan makmur berlandaskan Pancasila dan Undang – undang Dasar 1945”.

Menurut Bang Hatta, tujuan koperasi bukanlah mencari laba yang sebesar-besarnya, melainkan melayani kebutuhan bersama dan wadah partisipasi pelaku ekonomi skala kecil.

Selanjutnya fungsi koperasi tertuang dalam pasal 4 UU No. 25 Tahun 1992 tentang perkoperasian, yaitu:

* Membangun dan mengembangkan potensi dan kemampuan ekonomi anggota pada khususnya dan masyarakat pada umumnya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan sosialnya.
* Berperan serta aktif dalam upaya mempertinggi kualitas kehidupan manusia dan masyarakat.
* Memperkokoh perekonomian rakyat sebagai dasar kekuatan dan ketahanan perekonomian nasional dengan koperasi sebagai gurunya.
* Berusaha untuk mewujudkan dan mengembangkan perekonomian nasional yang merupakan usaha bersama berdasar atas azas kekeluargaan dan demokrasi ekonomi.

Dan prinsip-prinsip Koperasi adalah...
Di dalam Undang-Undang RI No. 25 Tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian disebutkan pada pasal 5 bahwa dalam pelaksanaannya, sebuah koperasi harus melaksanakan prinsip koperasi.
Berikut ini beberapa prinsip koperasi.
1) Keanggotaan koperasi bersifat sukarela dan terbuka.
2) Pengelolaan koperasi dilakukan secara demokratis .
3) Sisa hasil usaha (SHU) yang merupakan keuntungan dari usaha yang dilakukan oleh koperasi dibagi berdasarkan besarnya jasa masing-masing anggota.
4) Modal diberi balas jasa secara terbatas.
5) Koperasi bersifat mandiri.

Sejarah dan Perkembangan Ekonomi Koperasi di Indonesia

sesuai dengan judul yang saya tulis pada kesempatan ini saya akan membahas tentang hal tersebut berdasarkan pengetahuan yang saya punya,yah buat sharing2 aja.

pertama saya akan menjelaskan apasih Koperasi itu. Jadi koperasi merupakan badan usaha yang beranggotakan orang-orang atau badan hukum dengan melaksanakan kegiatannya berdasarkan prinsip koperasi sehingga sebagai gerakan ekonomi rakyat yang berdasarkan asas kekeluargaan.

setelah mengetahui definisi dari koperasi maka akan selanjutnya saya akan mencoba berbagi tentang sejarah ekonomi koperasi di indonesia. Dengan bantuan dari om google saya menyimpulkan bahwa 

gerakan koperasi digagas oleh Robert Owen (1771-1858), yang menerapkannya pertama kali pada usaha pemintalan kapas di New Lanark, Skotlandia. Gerakan koperasi ini dikembangkan lebih lanjut oleh William King (1786-1865) dengan mendirikan toko koperasi di Brighton, Inggris. Pada 1 mei 1828, King menerbitkan publikasi bulanan yang bernama The Cooperator yang berisi berbagai gagasan dan saran-saran praktis tentang mengelola toko dengan prinsip koperasi.
